Jennifer started with the company in 2003 as a cashier at an Ottawa, Ontario location. Soon after, she transferred to the Traffic (Logistics) Department at the Canada Corporate Office while completing her studies at the University of Ottawa.
Over the years, Jennifer has progressed through various leadership roles within logistics. In 2021, she was promoted to Director for US Imports, Mexico, and Canada, working at the Home Office in Issaquah, WA. In 2023, she was promoted to Assistant General Merchandise Manager (AGMM) of Traffic Canada and returned to Canada. In 2024, she also successfully completed her Logistics Certification from CITT.

Enno Koll is the Regional CEO Americas. He is also a member of the Senior Management Council of PSA International. Enno is responsible for leading his management teams to develop and implement long term growth strategies as well as to establish relationships for the container port businesses in North, Central and South America.
Enno has been with PSA for 20 years and has held management positions in Europe and the Americas. Enno’s experience lies in Business Development, Marketing/Commercial and Finance. Before this role, Enno was Head of PSA Americas, responsible for the strategic development of PSA’s terminals in Panama (Pacific Coast), Argentina (Buenos Aires), Colombia (Buenaventura) and the 2018/2019 acquisitions and integrations in Canada (Ashcroft and Halifax) and the USA (Philadelphia). In Joint Venture terminals, Enno acts as a PSA representative in the partnership. In Panama and Colombia, Enno has overseen major terminal construction and start-up processes.
Between 2019 and 2022, he held the concurrent role as the CEO of Ashcroft Terminal based in British Colombia, Canada where he led the positioning and growing of the inland terminal that serves as a supply chain gateway for Vancouver.
Prior to his role in PSA Americas, Enno was the Managing Director for PSA in Zeebrugge, Belgium. While starting up a new mega vessel terminal in the port, Enno created inland distribution networks, developed approaches for shipper’s marketing and built multimodal connectivity.
Before joining PSA, Enno worked as a consultant in transport and logistics. Enno studied at the University of Hamburg, Germany and holds an MBA from ESCP-EAP in France.
Enno lived in Belgium until 2014 and then moved to Panama. In 2019, he relocated with his wife and 3 children to Canada and returned to Panama in 2022, where he currently lives.

Lars Jensen has 20 years of experience from inside the container shipping industry. This covers a combined period of 8 years as Director of driving and developing market intelligence & analysis for Maersk Line, Maersk Logistics and The Containership Company. Additionally, Lars Jensen has for 2 years been CEO of the purely online container carrier Youship, as well as in charge of developing and implementing eCommerce strategy in Maersk Line.
Since 2011, Lars Jensen has acted as an independent strategic analyst, advisor and thought leader in the container shipping industry with customers including container lines, ports and terminals, universities as well as innovative digital and IT companies in the shipping sector.
Lars co-founded Sea-Intelligence in 2011 and later founded SeaIntelligence Consulting in 2013. In 2021 SeaIntelligence Consulting changed its name to Vespucci Maritime.
Prior to entering the container shipping industry, Lars Jensen completed a Ph.D. on complex mathematical analysis in physics, as well as worked with technological innovation and modelling in the Oil & Gas industry.

John D. McCown is a globally recognized authority on maritime trade, shipping economics, and transportation strategy. He currently serves as a Non-Resident Senior Fellow at the Navy League’s Center for Maritime Security, where he contributes thought leadership on critical issues shaping global supply chains.
He is the author of The McCown Report, a widely respected industry publication offering in-depth analysis of container shipping markets, and the acclaimed book Giants of the Sea: Ships & Men Who Changed the World, which chronicles the evolution of the modern shipping industry.
McCown brings a rare blend of operational and financial expertise, with more than two decades of C-suite leadership in publicly traded transportation companies. He co-founded and led an integrated U.S.-flag shipping and trucking company through its growth and public offering. Earlier in his career, he was an alpha-generating investor in transportation equities at a major hedge fund.
A protégé of containerization pioneer Malcolm McLean, McCown has also been active in maritime entrepreneurship and innovation, holding two patents in the field. He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School.

Fulvio Fracassi is a seasoned CEO and senior executive with extensive experience working with the marine industry, and has public sector experience spanning more than 30 years.
As the CEO of the Laurentian Pilotage Authority (LPA) for more than 10 years (2012-2022), he led the strategic direction, 24/7 operations and legislative mandate of Canada’s largest marine pilotage authority. In this role, he successfully developed and implemented an ambitious vision and strategy for the organization, led transformative initiatives and repositioned the LPA as a leader within the industry it services. He also played a leading role in respect of legislative reforms to modernize pilotage services in Canada and improve the marine transportation system.
Following his leadership as CEO of the LPA, Fulvio provided advisory and consultancy services and most recently joined Delegatus, a Quebec business law firm.
Prior to joining the LPA, Fulvio worked as Director General with Transport Canada, where he led the strategic direction, management and oversight of the National Marine Security Program, including inspection services and compliance activities within the scope of the Marine Transportation Security Act and Regulations.
He was also Director General at the Labour Program, a federal institution within the department of Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC). In this capacity, he was responsible for the management and delivery of national programs in the areas of occupational health and safety, labour standards and employment equity coming under the responsibility of the federal minister of labour.
Fulvio also held a variety of legal counsel positions of increasing responsibility within the Department of Justice Canada for over 15 years providing advice in the areas of transportation law, labour law, and international trade law.

Tim Houston is Nova Scotia’s 30th Premier.
Born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Tim was raised in a military family and grew up on military bases in Summerside, PEI, Trenton, Ontario and Comox, British Columbia before the family ultimately returned to Nova Scotia for his father’s retirement posting to Shearwater.
First and foremost, Tim is a dad. He and his wife, Carol, have been married since 1995 and have two children, Paget and Zachary.
Tim attended Saint Mary’s University where he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce. He then earned his Chartered Accountant designation in Halifax. After graduation, he and Carol moved to Bermuda where he worked with both Deloitte and in the reinsurance industry. In 2007, knowing that they wanted to raise their children closer to their extended family, Carol and Tim returned to Nova Scotia and have lived in Pictou County ever since.
On November 2, 2020, Tim was awarded his profession’s highest mark of distinction, the Fellow (FCPA) designation, by Chartered Professional Accountants of Nova Scotia.
Tim’s love for this province and its people — and discussions in hockey rinks — sparked his interest in politics. He successfully sought the Pictou East PC nomination in 2012 and was first elected to the Nova Scotia House of Assembly in the 2013 provincial election. He was re-elected in 2017, 2021, and again in November 2024.
In 2018, Tim was elected Leader of the PC Party of Nova Scotia. He was sworn in as Premier of Nova Scotia on August 31, 2021, and started his second term in office in December 2024.
Premier Houston also serves as Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs and Trade.

Bringing more than a decade of experience in researching and analyzing container shipping and logistics, Mark leads editorial coverage at the JOC, encompassing JOC.com and The Journal of Commerce, part of S&P Global Market Intelligence. Szakonyi oversees the magazine’s 100-plus special reports a year, including the Annual Review and Outlook and Top 100 Importers and Exporters issues. In addition to supporting all JOC events, including TPM, TPM Asia, and the Inland Distribution Conference, he is chairman of the annual Canada Trade Conference. His analysis and work have been quoted in mainstream news media including the BBC, The Economist, NPR, and USA Today
Before joining JOC in July 2011, Mark worked for eight years as a journalist at various daily newspapers and weekly business publications, where he covered logistics, economic development, defense, and public safety. He earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Political Science from Elmhurst College, United States, and a Master’s degree with a focus on investigative reporting at the University of Missouri, United States.

Andrew Lynch is Managing Director of MSC Canada, part of MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company, the world’s largest container shipping line. With more than 25 years of international experience in the maritime and logistics industry, Andrew has held senior leadership roles across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and North America. Prior to joining MSC Canada, he served as Managing Director for MSC in Nigeria and Ghana, leading operations in some of the company’s most strategically important markets. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Maritime Business and Maritime Law from the University of Plymouth. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors, especially skiing, snowboarding, and fishing, and spending time with his wife and two children.

As Vice President for Intermodal & Automotive, Girish is responsible for driving volume and revenue growth across the markets CN serves. His role centers on delivering on customer commitments through consistent execution of customer KPIs—enabling customers to win in their respective marketplaces.
Girish is passionate about expanding CN’s reach and evolving its product and service portfolio in ways that resonate with specific markets, customers, and industry segments. With responsibility for CN Trucking (first-mile/last-mile), Custom’s brokerage and the Customer Experience team, he is deeply focused on advancing end-to-end visibility and transparency through digital self-serve tools that simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Previously, Girish led Intermodal Operations, overseeing inland terminal and port operations across CN’s network. He also maintains CN’s key commercial relationships with supply chain associations, interline partners, port authorities, and terminal operators across the three coasts CN serves.
A dynamic leader, Girish brings an unwavering commitment to operational excellence, a strong understanding of evolving market dynamics, and a relentless focus on delivering best-in-class customer experience.
Girish began his career at CN in 2012 as a Market Manager and progressed through senior commercial leadership roles, including Assistant Vice President, International Intermodal, in 2021. Prior to joining CN, he held senior sales and marketing roles with COSCO Container Lines in Dubai and Tata Donnelley in Mumbai, India. He holds an MBA from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai.
During his last 14 years at CN, Girish has qualified himself as Heavy Equipment Operator & he lives in Milton, Ontario with his wife & two kids.

Brad Price is Vice President of Operations at Armour Transportation Systems, one of Canada’s largest transportation and logistics providers. With more than 30 years of experience in the transportation industry, Brad has built his career through a variety of operational leadership roles within Armour. Known for his people-first leadership philosophy, Brad believes that developing strong teams, fostering accountability, and creating opportunities for growth are the foundations of sustainable business success. As Vice President of Operations, he oversees key operational functions across Armour’s network, driving continuous improvement, safety, service excellence, and is a passionate advocate for leadership development and the advancement of the transportation industry.

Domenico Costantino is Country General Manager of CMA CGM Canada, one of the world’s leading shipping and logistics companies. With more than 20 years of experience in transportation, logistics, and international trade, he has held senior leadership roles in the freight forwarding and container shipping industries, driving commercial growth and supply chain innovation across Canada. Domenico also served on the Board of Directors of CargoM, Montréal’s logistics and transportation cluster. Fluent in English, French, Italian, and Spanish, he brings a broad perspective on global trade, transportation networks, and the future of logistics.

Flavio has repeatedly played a decisive role in national economic and industrial outcomes on trade, industrial policy and Canada-U.S. economic relations as president of the APMA. He represents a sector that sits at the structural heart of North American manufacturing integration and is tireless in its defence and promotion.
In 2025, he emerged as the central industry architect behind Canada’s successful advocacy for a Section 232 exemption for auto parts, securing relief from US national- security tariffs during a renewed Trump-era trade confrontation. The exemption preserved thousands of Canadian jobs and protected the integrity of the continental auto supply chain.
In 2020, he launched the first all-Canadian, autonomous concept ZEV - the Project Arrow program. The first prototype was revealed at the 2023 CES in Las Vegas to global coverage and is the premier showcase of Canada’s auto tech cluster. Project Arrow 2.0 continues to showcase Canada’s supplier capabilities with its two new prototypes, Vector and Borealis, having been revealed to the public at the 2026 Canadian International Auto Show.
Appointed a Member of the Order of Canada in 2023 as ‘an expert on national trade and industry competition in Canada’s automotive and technology sectors’, Flavio has been named to the Prime Minister’s Council on Canada-US Relations & to the Ontario Premier’s Council on US Trade & Investment.
He is a sought-after voice by House Committees in Ottawa, has testified before Trade Committees in Washington, DC and is regularly interviewed by leading global media firms including CNN, Reuters, The Economist, NYT, Bloomberg, WSJ, BBC & WaPo.

Colin Driscoll is National Sea Logistics Development Manager at Kuehne + Nagel Canada, with more than 20 years of experience in international freight forwarding and ocean supply chains. He works with customers and industry partners across Canada to develop logistics solutions that support evolving trade patterns, supply chain resilience, and global market access.
Drawing on extensive experience across Canadian and international trade lanes, Colin brings practical insights into ocean freight strategy, trade diversification, and the role of Canadian gateways in strengthening the country’s connectivity to global markets. He is based in Mississauga, Ontario.
